I wasn't sure how to mount the top for the front rack. The bike does have the caliper-hole, where the fender mounts. I saw something that was mounted to the cantilever studs (brake mounts) too.
I went back to Discount today and bought some smaller sized and lighter gauged tubing as well as some small, thin plate for the eyelet mounts.
My biggest goal right now is to develop some designs. In any event, it will be cool to have racks that are different than everything else you see around.

Looks rugged. Eyelet attachment on the bottom seems simple. What's your plan for another attachment point? Do you have a hole for caliper brakes?
