Took that picture for the purpose of replacing the threaded bolts exactly. Top two are both throttle - on and off, yes separate. Realized I didn't want to replace it exactly. The tightness of those bolts controls how quickly your throttle turns on and off. How much feel/time do you want between twist and throttle?
