I used my phones google goggles to find out that this is Manowar Sign of the Hammer. October 15, 1984 the 4th album.

After I posted, I googled "winged hammer" and found it on the first page - so much for stealth. Do me a favor and don't picture search the band, they had kind of an extreme "viking" image; embarrassing then and embarrassing now. I'll stand by their first four albums though, they are classics.
