Three weeks is long enough, sorry Jared.I tried to capture the color, but couldn't really do it justice without sunlight. The rapid-pour carbonation was perfect - you can see the big-bubble grid still filling the bottle, and the thick head speaks for itself. The texture was smooth and silky. The flavor was rich and sweet with a slight tangy bite. This was really one of the best you've made, thanks G.

I lied, it didn't have a bite at all, I wished it did. I remember that.
Why did I lie? It was a good beer, really good. Really, really good. don't know.
