 Large Amazon pogies cut down the full bottom side..  Hockey taped edges would be better sewed. Industrial velcro works perfect to connect the sides.  Singe speed.  Interrupter brake levers on the top bar.  Ride bar tops or hoods inside the cover.  Light gloves in a warm environment is great.
